Great local coffee place in downtown Asheville with a very unique vibe: they operate out of a double decker bus (hence the name)! You even get to walk inside the bus to pick up your order! It’s very popular though, so expect at least a 15 minute wait to order.
Mast General Store Asheville
You never know what goodies you’ll find when visiting one of these stores! But always check out the bulk candy section and fill ‘er up!
The North Carolina Arboretum
Alright, you know Ethan is a plant nerd so he had to add this one. Check out our state Arboretum in Asheville. It will be in full bloom and gorgeous in June, so it could be the perfect time for a visit! They also have a great bonsai collection.

Less than an hour’s drive from the venue, make a reservation for a tour at a truly beautiful and iconic location that holds so much history for the mountains of NC!

While you’re up in this neck of the woods, might as well take a drive along the Blue Ridge Parkway to take in the beautiful Mountain Views along the way!
