When should I arrive for the wedding?

The ceremony will start at 6:00 PM. Please plan to arrive around 5:20-5:30 PM, so everyone can be seated before we begin to ensure that we have a smooth start.

What should I wear?

We invite our guests to dress in country elegance a blend of rustic charm and refined style that feels polished, comfortable, and wedding-appropriate. To help the bride shine, we kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white, cream, silver, or any shades close to these colors. Thank you for celebrating with us in a way that makes our day extra special.

Are Children allowed?

While children are welcome at our wedding, we respectfully ask that parents remain mindful and attentive to their children during the ceremony and reception so everyone can relax and enjoy the day. Make sure they are accounted for when you RSVP, so we have an exact count of how many guests will be attending.

Unplugged Ceremony and Social Media Request.

We kindly ask that our ceremony be completely unplugged. Please no phones, cameras, photos, or videos during this time. We are so excited to have our amazing photographer capture every special moment, and we can’t wait for you to enjoy those memories with us. We also kindly ask that no photos of us or our wedding be shared on social media until after we’ve had the chance to post ourselves. Thank you for helping us stay present and make this moment truly special.

What if I can not attend?

Whether attending or declining, we ask that all guests invited to fill out RSVP invitation as attending or declining. This is helpful in planning our event. If your RSVP is left blank, we will assume that you are not coming and will be counted as declined.

Parking will be directed to the left when you drive through the gate at our venue.

Is the Ceremony outdoors?

The Ceremony will be held outdoors and our reception will be a mixture of indoors and outdoors.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
There will be no open bar at our wedding as we’ll have children present. Light beverages and refreshments will be available for everyone.

What kind of food will be served?
Answer
Since our ceremony starts later in the evening, we’ll be serving appetizers during social hour instead of a traditional sit-down meal. Dessert will follow later so everyone can enjoy something sweet as the celebration continues. Thank you for celebrating with us in this fun and relaxed way!
