If you are using GPS, please put 2565 Phillips Mill Rd, New Hope, PA. There is also a sign on River Rd pointing to Hotel Du Village’s entrance on Phillips Mill.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is available at the venue. We will be providing a shuttle that picks up at the Clarion Inn and Logan Inn. We recommend parking at the Clarion if you want to take the shuttle, parking is very limited at Logan Inn and also is charged valet.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We request formal attire for the wedding and business casual for the rehearsal dinner. For out of town guests, please be advised the weather in this region in early November can range from 80’s to hurricanes and snow. With this in mind, this will be an indoor ceremony and reception.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

The bride and groom must be notified of any allergy issues/requests no later than August 10th. The menu will be set and immutable after that point. There will be vegetarians meal options. Please note the wedding cake will have treenuts (hazelnut). There will be additional desserts available.

Please begin arriving around 11 am. Ceremony will begin at 11:30am.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

There will be a shuttle picking up at the Logan Inn and Clarion Inn on Sunday. Guests staying at other locations are welcome to catch the shuttle at the Clarion where there is free and plentiful parking.

Can I feed the dogs?

Tava will mooch. Go sparingly- she will be collecting goodies from everyone. That pup knows how to work a room.

What will the weather be?

Answer

Currently, the forecast is to be in the high 50’s and low 60’s. There will be sporadic rain showers. Please dress warmly and don’t forget an umbrella! The wedding will be inside.

The Logan Inn has a few rooms available for Friday Night, Saturday is a wash. Feel free to book at Hotel Du Village on Sunday. We will be the only over night group there. This was last updated on 10/24.
