COVID-19 FAQs

As we all adapt to an uncertain time with COVID-19 (coronavirus), we are monitoring the news carefully. We are prepared to take every precaution necessary to make our wedding safe for our guests. Our wedding is happening as planned, and we look forward to a socially distanced celebration with all of you on August 20, 2020! Please note that if you feel uncomfortable attending for any reason, we completely understand—please keep us updated on your decision. There will be a live stream available of the badeken & chuppah for those who can not be physically present with us. Please check our website and national and local public health websites regularly for updates and please contact us directly with any questions – thank you so much for your love, patience, and concern. We look forward to safely celebrating with you! Esti & Ari
Question

How many guests will be attending?

Answer

We are anticipating approximately 100 guests.

Question

Will the wedding be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The event will be 100% outdoors, with the exception of a walkway & the bathrooms.

Question

What precautions will be implemented for the safety of all guests?

Answer

Upon arrival at our wedding each guest will have their temperature & oxygen levels taken. Anyone with a temperature over 100 or a reading of 90 or below from the pulse oximeter will not be permitted to enter. We are asking our guests to be prepared to wear masks at all times and to practice social distancing. Gloves will be provided as well for anyone who wishes to dance.

Question

Can I travel to come to the wedding?

Answer

We are so happy to invite guests from out of town. If you plan to fly in for the wedding, please arrive in LA at least 5 days in advance (Sunday morning, August 16th). This will give enough time for you to monitor your health before coming to the wedding.

Question

How can I monitor myself at home, before coming to the wedding?

Answer

Please try and limit your exposure to others as much as possible the week before the wedding. If anyone has been in contact with someone with COVID-19, or is showing any of the following symptoms, please stay home: Fever or chills Cough Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing Fatigue Muscle or body aches Unexplained headache New loss of taste or smell Sore throat Congestion or runny nose Nausea or vomiting Diarrhea
