Tucson International Airport (TUS)

TUS is definitely the closest airport to fly into. It's small and a lot of times you can get a flight for the same price or cheaper than flying into PHX.

Phoenix International Airport (PHX)

PHX is about a 1.5-2 hr drive to Tucson. Because it's a bigger airport, there are often more flight options, depending on where you are coming from. But keep in mind, sometimes you can find similar priced flights out of TUS.
