to have and to hold

Julian and Esther met at Hope and Anchor in El Paso, Texas. They didn't know it yet, but they shared the same friends, they just hadn't met each other since Julian had just come back from a hiatus in Miami, Florida. As they got to know each other in between school and work, Esther and Julian kept their relationship secret for about a month before letting those close friends know they were dating on July 4th, 2016. They moved in together after 3 months of dating and have been living together ever since. They describe their relationship as one of patience, empathy, and loyalty. Open communication, being good listeners to one another, and never letting the little things go unnoticed has been key to keeping a loving home and relationship. Now here they are, 6 years later, sharing with the people closes to them the love that has brought them here today.
