We visited the Ft. Worth Zoo in October of 2024. This was one of the first times Esther got to spend time with Jack's family🦒

Our families met for the first time over the summer in 2025. We met up in Lubbock and had the best time, playing games, going on walks, and getting to know each other!

Esther spent six weeks in Madrid over the summer of 2025. The day Esther got back from Spain, Jack and Esther spent the day together at the park, catching up. It was so good to be back together 🤍

Jack asked Esther to marry him on October 12, 2025. He took her to the lake in their canoe. He'd love to tell you how close he came to flipping the canoe when he knelt 🤍

With help from Raegan, their amazing RUF (Reformed University Fellowship campus ministry) intern, Jack planned a surprise party with all their friends to celebrate the engagement 😊

Esther had no idea Jack planned to propose that afternoon or that he had put together a party! What a pleasant surprise!

Jack and Esther ran their first marathon the weekend after they got engaged. It was one of the toughest challenges of they've taken on. They can't wait to run another! Photo features running buddy Joe
