We met seven years ago on February 6th, 2018, where we went to Old School Pizza for our first dinner date. It was freezing and raining at the time, but we both mustered the courage to attend our date. The conversation lasted well after the food was finished, where we talked about our mutual interests of shows and movies (Esther slipping in the love for Studio Ghibli to indicate she was a semi-nerd, which helped Evart open up to his nerdy interests). When the night was over, we were both so excited from our connection that we couldn't wait to schedule more dates, where we had 4 more in the next 2 weeks. One month passed, we said "I love you" to each other. Six months passed, and Evart began his streaming career (and became a dog father to Athena). We went on our first vacation to Colorado together as well. Two years in, Covid happened, and we moved in together in Evart's apartment. Esther graduated with her bachelors degree, and then 2 years later went on to acquire her Master's degree. Five years in, the same month that Esther is graduating with her masters, we buy our house. Shortly after that, we expand our dog family to include Esther's soul-bonded dog, Lucy. In year five, we got engaged in Venice, Italy, and fast forward 2 years later, we're finally getting married! If you have the pleasure of knowing us together, you know our story is one of fun, laughter, devotion, and inspiration to bring out the best in each other. We've already laid the strongest foundation we could together, and we're continuing to build our life together in this new phase of marriage, although many would say (Evart included), that we're already husband and wife, this is just making it official. :)
