So, COVID...

Answer

As of May 3, 92% of our confirmed adult guests will be fully vaccinated by the wedding. We have high hopes that this number will grow as the day gets closer. We will do our best to keep this number updated for you here. We will not be requiring masks, but we do support all of our guests taking the steps that make them most comfortable. We also highly encourage any guests who cannot or choose not to be vaccinated to wear a mask for the safety of all of our guests. Hand sanitizer will be available through out the space for easy access. During the ceremony pews will be seated every other, and reception tables will be 6' apart to facilitate social distancing while seated. Additionally, our venue will only be at 24% capacity so there will be plenty of room to spread out!

What about the kids?

Unfortunately, as much as we would love to invite everyone's children, in order to keep numbers to a minimum, we can only accommodate the children of guests traveling from out of state. We hope this advance notice means that you are still able to share our big day! Enjoy a night off for some adult fun!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We ask that our guests arrive a half hour before the ceremony so that we are able to get the party started as soon as possible. Grab some lemonade, tea, or water and get to mingling!

Can I take pictures/video during the wedding?

Answer

The more pictures and video the merrier! We would love to see our day through your eyes. Our only request is that you hold off on these during the ceremony, we want to be fully present with our friends and family. This day wouldn't be the same without you.

What is the best way to share our photos and videos?

Answer

We are using a free auto-sharing app called The Guest! All you need to do is download the app and sign up. On the day of the event, you simply take photos and videos as you normally would with your normal iPhone or Android camera! That’s it. There’s no manual uploading and no taking photos with a separate camera. This app will create a real time album of all photos and videos by all guests, so not only does it make uploading your photos and videos effortless, but you also have access to see everyone else's pictures. What is the dress code?

We want you to be comfortable! Please feel free to wear sundresses, button ups or blouses. We are casual, but there will also be a lot of pictures.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have listed 2 hotels close to the venue, as well as our favorite hotel in each price bracket at Disney World. Another option is to look into AirBnB and VRBO in the area, you might even get a pool!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately we don't have organized transportation to and from the venue. However, we recommend car pooling with other guests at your hotel or taking an Über/Lyft.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is ample free parking available at the venue, just follow the road to the marked area.
