This town certainly holds a special place in our hearts. It's where we went to college, met new friends, and found each other in the end. Though it might seem small, this town boasts many beautiful parks, bike paths, hiking trials, wildlife viewing areas, breweries, cideries, meaderies, wineries, and shopping. I could go on, but I think I will highlight some of our favorites spots on the map.
A 2 mile hike from the Lewisburg saddle and you will find the best view of Corvallis. Miles of trails available in the MacDonald-Dunn forest - all open to the public. Bonus points to anyone who can find the old growth forest and Jory, our state soil.
Wooden paths take you through a beautiful wetland.
Good cider.
Best bagel sandwiches around!
Nothing beats a brewery with rooftop seating!
Another local brewery. We recommend this location because it's not as busy as the downtown location, and you can hit up the distillery that is right across the street! Win Win! Oh, and you get a beautiful view of Mary's Peak.
We love this nearby coastal town.
Exactly as it sounds. Breakfast here will FILL YOU UP!
Organic produce stand and farm to table Restaurant. Truly a hidden gem. Highly recommend eating here if you want to indulge in some fine dining.
Excellent local sit-down BBQ joint that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They bake all of their bread from scratch and all their food is gluten free! We don't have any dietary restrictions, and this is one of our favorites.
Have a need for mead??
I mean, the name says it all.
Feel like going on hike? Mary's peak is the tallest peak in the coastal Cascades.
