What is the shuttle service?

Answer

We will have a shuttle bus to transport guests from the Lancaster Arts Hotel to our wedding ceremony, which takes about 30 minutes. The bus will also transport guests back to the hotel in downtown Lancaster at the conclusion of the reception. If you'd like to use this service, please meet on the Mulberry Street side of the Lancaster Arts Hotel for the shuttle, which will depart promptly at 2 PM for the wedding venue. Guests staying at the hotel may park in the garage on site and check their luggage with the front desk prior to getting on the shuttle, if they wish. Just be sure to allow yourself a few extra minutes to do so!

Question

What if I'm staying at the Lancaster Arts Hotel Saturday night, but I won't have time to check in before the ceremony?

Answer

We realize our ceremony starts at the same time as our recommended hotel's check-in time: 3 PM. Fortunately, the hotel has advised that guests will be able to park in their on-site garage without any sort of parking pass. This way, guests have the option to park at the hotel, take the shuttle to the ceremony, and check in to their reserved room at the Arts Hotel when we return at the end of the night.

Will there be an afterparty?

Answer

Yes! We invite guests to join us at Decades, located a short walk from the Lancaster Arts Hotel, after we've returned from the reception and they've checked in to their hotel rooms.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unless they are specifically named on the invitation, we ask that our guests please not bring a plus one. Thank you so much for understanding!
