When should I RSVP by?

We kindly request that you RSVP by July 15, 2025.

When should I plan on arriving to and departing from Jordan?

Answer

We recommend arriving on Thursday, October 9, so you have one full day to stretch your legs and explore before the wedding on Saturday, October 11. If you plan on joining the Talefano Adventure following the wedding, you can plan on departing from Amman after 10pm on Thursday, October 16 (when most U.S. and Europe-bound flights depart) or anytime Friday, October 17. If you plan on attending only the wedding, you can plan on departing from Amman Sunday, October 12.

How will transporation be arranged during the wedding and tour?

Answer

We’ll take care of all transportation — from your arrival at the airport, to the wedding and throughout the tour, should you choose to join it — so you can enjoy a seamless, stress-free experience.

What’s the weather like in Jordan during this time of year?

Answer

October in Jordan is generally warm, with pleasant temperatures during the day and cooler evenings.

How should I make hotel arrangements?

Answer

Once you RSVP, we'll share special links to the hotels for the wedding and Talefano Tour (if applicable) so you can make your bookings at the prearranged price, along with guidance on what hotels to book for which days. If you have any questions, just let us know!

What should I pack if I'm joining the tour?

Answer

Pack comfortable walking shoes for exploring, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat, and light layers for cooler evenings. Don’t forget swimwear!

Should we arrange for a visa ahead of time?

Answer

Yes. You can do so by purchasing a Jordan Pass at www.jordanpass.jo. Purchasing this in advance will waive your visa fees, expedite your entry, and includes access to several historic sites. We advise purchasing the "Jordan Wanderer" pass.
