Frequently Asked Questions

Question

When are RSVPs due?

Answer

Please RSVP by November 1st, 2025.

Question

Are children & plus-ones welcome?

Answer

We love your keiki and will miss them at the party, but we've decided to host an adults-only celebration. While we’d love to include everyone, due to limited capacity, invitations are reserved only for the individuals listed. We kindly ask that there be no substitutions, as we’re hoping to keep it intimate. You’ll see the names included in your reservation again when you RSVP on our website.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal. Ladies - we recommend a larger block heel versus a stiletto due to the grassy lawn at the venue.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony & happy hour will be outdoors, the reception will be tented. There is a pavilion for additional coverage and bathrooms.

Question

What is the weather like in the area?

Answer

Historically, Oahu in February is cooler than most months, with average highs around 78°F. Also, be prepared for the possibility of rain — but don’t worry, we’ll have coverage.

Question

Do we have a room block?

Answer

Unfortunately, we do not have a room block. The closest hotel does not offer group rates. Visit our travel tab for more information on lodging and transportation.

Question

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes! When you get to Kualoa Ranch, follow the signs up to Paliku Gardens parking lot. Parking is free. There will not be an attendant, so don’t forget to take your valuables with you! Please drive with Aloha :)

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommended arriving by 3:30 PM if you plan to attend our 4:00 PM ceremony. It may be helpful to check drive times in advance to account for inevitable Hawai‘i traffic—especially along Kamehameha Highway. Be sure to allow extra time for parking and walk to the ceremony lawn.

Question

Do Uber and Lyft pick-up/drop-off at the venue?

Answer

Short answer: yes. Long answer: while it’s usually easy to catch an Uber or Lyft to the venue, it may be more difficult later in the evening. We recommend scheduling your return ride in advance to ensure you have a way home. The reception will end at 10:00 PM. A shuttle will be available only between Kualoa Ranch and Paradise Bay Resort—before the ceremony and after the reception.

Question

Will there be a gap between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There will be a happy hour immediately after the ceremony, followed by the reception at the same venue.

Question

Is the venue ADA accessible?

Answer

Yes! A service road is available for guests who need to be dropped off at the ceremony or cocktail hour. The reception lawn is easily accessible from the parking lot.
