Are plus-ones and children welcome?

Answer

We'd love to include everyone, but due to limited capacity our invites are reserved only for those listed on the invitation. No substitutions, we’d like to keep it intimate. We've also decided to have an adult-only event with a few special exceptions.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dressy casual - Semi-formal. Leave your shorts, slippers, sandals at home :)

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our venue is outdoors. The reception will be tented. There is a pavilion for additional coverage and bathrooms.

What is the weather like in the area?

Answer

Prepare for a chance of rain. We will be outdoors, but you can still wear your fancy shoes. Our ceremony and reception will be on turfed grass.

Do we have a room block?

Answer

Unfortunately, we do not have a room block. The closest hotel does not offer group rates. Visit our travel tab for more information on lodging and transportation.

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes! When you get to Kualoa Ranch, follow the signs up to Paliku Gardens parking lot. Parking is free. No attendant, don’t leave your valuables!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

3:00 pm, for a 3:30 ceremony start. Prepare for Hawai'i traffic, especially on Kamehameha Highway. Give yourself time to find parking and walk to the ceremony lawn (5-10 minutes).

Will there be a gap between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There will be a cocktail hour immediately after the ceremony, followed by the reception at the same venue.
