Shuttle

Transportation Between Hotels and Basil Place

July 4, 2026 2:45 pm

Complimentary shuttle transportation will be provided between the host hotels and Basil Place. There will be one scheduled departure from each hotel: • Guests staying at the AC Hotel Cleveland Beachwood should be ready to depart at 2:50 PM. Shuttles will arrive at the hotel at approximately 2:40 PM. • Guests staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites Cleveland–Beachwood should be ready to depart at 3:00 PM. Shuttles will arrive at the hotel at approximately 2:55 PM. All shuttles are expected to arrive at Basil Place at approximately 3:30 PM. For guests returning to the hotels, shuttle service will be available throughout the evening between 9:45 PM and 10:45 PM. To ensure transportation remains available for as many guests as possible, shuttle service will pause after 10:45 PM. Both shuttles will return to Basil Place for a final departure at 11:45 PM following the conclusion of the reception.
