The Eric(a)'s

A few years ago, Eric's sisters were completing a Graduate Program at the Robert Benjamin Wiley Community Charter School where Erica teaches English Language Arts. The twins and Erica became fast friends. Over lunches and breaks, Erica and Melissa would share their dating horror stories. One day, Melissa recognized that Erica would be perfect for her brother, Eric. She offered to introduce them. Slightly nervous that they shared (almost) the same name, Erica hesitantly asked Melissa to pass along her number. Eric was in Florida at the time on a business trip. As fate would have it, he just so happened to "randomly" connect with Erica on a dating website. Taking this as a sign, they agreed to meet. Upon meeting, the colors were instantly brighter (though still not distinct for our color blind bride), and the sky was suddenly a deeper shade of blue. Melissa had been right; the Eric(a)'s were meant to be. It became a better world for both of them the minute they found each other. Inseparable since that first date, the two eventually became a family of three with the adoption of a fur son, Axel. Their love took the next step of commitment after that, and led them to purchasing a new home together where they continue to share their happiness. On 10/10/20, they will affirm their undying commitment to each other in the form of marriage. They are humbled and honored to be able to pledge their unconditional love to each other in front of God and you, their family and friends. This inevitable next chapter will not mark an end, but rather just the beginning of their story... their happily ever after.
