Cocktail Attire: Cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, jackets & slacks. Ties are optional. Please keep in mind that the venue is in the mountains, so temperatures will drop at night.
Guests will begin loading the chair lift to the Black Mountain Lodge around 4:45 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM, with cocktail hour & reception to immediately follow. While the walkway from the chair lift to the venue is paved, we do recommend comfortable footwear. Shuttle details: Shuttles will pick up guests from the Hyatt Place Keystone & Buffalo Lodge (Dercum Square) at 4:10pm & 4:30 pm, with all guests arriving at Arapahoe Basin by 4:40pm for the 5:00pm ceremony. Departures from Arapahoe Basin back to Keystone will run at 9:45, 10:15 & 10:30pm. Drop off locations will be at the Snake River Saloon (after party/3 min walk to Hyatt Place) & Buffalo Lodge (Dercum Square).

Transportation will be provided from the wedding directly to the Snake River Saloon. The saloon is also within walking distance from all recommended lodging options (see Travel tab).
