FAQs

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Arizona in January? Pretty dreamy. In Queen Creek, you can expect sunshine, light breezes, and daytime temps around 66°F—perfect for a winter wedding without the snow boots. Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors starting at 4:30 PM, so while the afternoon should feel lovely, it will start to cool down once the sun sets. We recommend bringing a light jacket, wrap, or shawl to stay comfortable. Once cocktail hour wraps up, we’ll head inside where it’s nice and toasty for dinner and dancing.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than October 10, 2025.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

No, we’re not registered—your presence at our wedding is truly the greatest gift we could ask for. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, so please plan to arrive a little early to get settled and ready to celebrate with us.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’d love for everyone to feel comfortable and polished for the celebration. Suits and evening dresses are recommended to match the tone of the day, but if you prefer to keep it a bit more relaxed, cocktail attire is absolutely welcome. Just come as your stylish self, ready to enjoy a special evening with us.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes, we’ve reserved spots for plus-ones. Just please be sure to let us know when you RSVP so we can keep track of the total head count.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Thanks for asking. We absolutely love your kiddos—they’re a big part of your lives, and we know how special they are. However, after much thought, we’ve decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration (12 and older, please). This wasn’t an easy decision, but it allows us to create a relaxed, elegant atmosphere for everyone to enjoy, especially for our guests who could use a fun night out. We hope it also gives parents a chance to kick back, have a drink, and dance the night away with us. We truly appreciate your understanding, and we can’t wait to celebrate together.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes—there’s plenty of free parking at the venue, so no worries about finding a spot. That said, we’ve also arranged a shuttle to and from Downtown Chandler for anyone who’d prefer to skip the drive and ride with other guests. The shuttle will depart from Downtown Chandler at 3:15 PM and head back from Encanterra at 10:15 PM. It’s a fun, easy option if you’d rather relax and leave the driving to someone else.

Question

Is there a seating arrangement for the ceremony?

Answer

Nope—no assigned seats at the ceremony. Feel free to sit wherever you like (no “bride’s side” or “groom’s side” here—we’re all one big happy crew). Just arrive with enough time to snag a good spot and settle in before the "I do’s" begin.

Question

Is there a seating arrangement for the reception?

Answer

Yes! We’ll have a seating chart to help you find your assigned table, and your name will also be waiting for you at your seat—so no guesswork needed. We’ve done our best to seat everyone with familiar faces (or future friends), and you’re welcome to grab a drink and mingle before settling in.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Thanks for letting us know! Please do share any food allergies or special dietary requests ahead of time so we can make the proper arrangements and ensure you have a great meal.

Question

Is there an open bar?

Answer

We’ll be having an open bar, so get ready to raise a glass (or two!) and celebrate with us! Whether you're into craft cocktails, a crisp glass of wine, or just a good ol' cold beer—there’ll be something for everyone. Please drink responsibly and bring your best toasts! 🥂🍸🍻

Question

What do I do if something changes and I can’t make it after I’ve RSVPed?

Answer

Plans change—we get it! If something comes up after you've RSVPed (whether you’re suddenly free to party or need to bow out), just let us know as soon as you can. Shoot us a quick message at espiritudelaney@gmail.com so we can adjust the headcount, seating, and dessert plans (yes, dessert is serious business). We’ll be sad if you can’t make it, but we appreciate the heads-up either way!

Question

I have more questions. Who can I reach out to?

Answer

If you have any more questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at espiritudelaney@gmail.com or privately text us. We're happy to help with anything you need.
