Hello All,
These are the steps to follow when you are ready to book.
1) Calling Member Services- 1-888-203-5163
2) Say you are booking a room under the member Vinicio Espinosa for Tim and Emily's wedding.
3) Give Vinicio's phone number (312-593-3392)
4) Give them the password (TE2023)
5) Book your room
We are constantly checking the website for deals, but during Black Friday should be the best time.
If you haven't RSVP'd please do so by November 1st.
If you book a hotel room outside the resort, you will have to pay a per person day-pass fee to come to our hotel to attend the wedding. A week or two before arriving in Puerto Vallarta, you will have to call the hotel to arrange for transportation from the airport. Otherwise taxi service is available. Note: It is about 45 minutes from the airport to the hotel.
