Please plan to arrive by 4pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. Arriving early will give you time to find parking, walk to the ceremony space, and get seated before we start.

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults only occasion with an exception to children in the wedding and family members.

We thank you wholeheartedly for traveling to celebrate with us! We will be staying in Incline Village which is 15 minutes from the venue, but please feel free to stay where ever makes the most sense for your weekend plans. We highly recommend booking accommodations as early as possible, as August is a very popular time to visit Lake Tahoe and lodging options can fill up quickly.

We are not providing transportation to the wedding venue due to logistical constraints. Guests should pre-schedule Ubers, Lyfts, or taxis, as availability is limited in the North Lake Tahoe area. Please plan ahead to avoid delays!

If you're staying in Incline Village, we're happy to provide complimentary bus service back home after the celebration. One bus departs at 11pm (when the wedding ends) and a second leaves at 12/12:30am (following the after-party at Gar Woods Bar). To secure a spot on either bus, please reach out directly to the bride or groom as soon as possible as seating is limited. Safe travels, and we can't wait to celebrate with you!

Yes! Your presence is truly the greatest gift, and we feel very lucky to celebrate with you. If you would like to give a gift, we are gratefully accepting contributions to our honeymoon fund. We will be traveling to Italy a few days after the wedding!

Immediately after the wedding join us for a casual after-party downstairs at the Gar Wood's bar. Open to all who want to keep celebrating. No formal RSVP needed, just head down if you're staying late!
