Will the Ceremony and Reception be Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

Both the Ceremony and the Reception will be outdoors, the Reception will take place under a tent on the Veranda Lawn.

Is Parking Available Onsite?

Answer

Yes, there is an attached garage for self-parking. There is also valet in the front for guests for $15/ vehicle - additional self-parking options are available in the area which range in pricing.

What time should I arrive at the Ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive before 5pm. There is only one elevator to the Penthouse at Lago Custom Events, so allow yourself plenty of time to get seated before the ceremony (and enjoy the beautiful lake views!)

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the Ceremony?

Answer

Since the ALOFT Hotel is attached to the venue, there will not be any transportation provided. If you are staying at another location, we encourage you to use ride-sharing apps such as Uber and Lyft.
