When should I RSVP by?

We ask that everyone RSVP by October 15th

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

CHARTER BUS from Downtown - We have chartered a bus via Ambassador Limousine to take guests from the Omni Hotel Downtown @2pm. There is room for everyone. The same bus will take us all home after the evening is over. Our ceremony will begin at 3pm sharp. Please plan to arrive no later than 2:45pm so that you do not miss the ceremony as if you arrive at 3pm you will be unable to enter the space until the ceremony has finished.

Is there a dress code?

We ask that everyone come in cocktail attire. Please note we plan to have our ceremony outdoors depending on the weather, please plan accordingly.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you have a plus one it will be included in your invitation. We are having a micro wedding and are unable to give a plus one to every guest invited.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love everyone’s kids, this will be a kid free wedding with the exception of our nephews and niece.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, parking onsite is available. We will be serving alcohol at our wedding and ask that everyone be responsible when considering transportation to and from the venue. -- See the charter bus listed in travel, more details to be shared at the wedding weekend.

Will there be a shuttle?

Answer

Yes! As the hotels are all about 30 minutes from the venue we are going to offer a shuttle to and from the Omni Hotel.
