Question

Dress Code?

Answer

Welcome Dinner: Vintage Western! Though not required, we highly encourage you join us in your finest boots, hats, and fringed attire on Friday. Inspiration board (copy and paste link to open): https://tinyurl.com/yu9rrec4 Ceremony/Reception: Cocktail attire, with outdoor-appropriate shoes (no stilettos!), as the terrain is varied. We have a suggested but not required color palette, and are going for a retro/disco/garden party feel if you're interested in joining in on that theme. Color palette link (copy and paste link to open): https://tinyurl.com/4um56t4j We'll be in the woods for the weekend, so bring comfortable clothing and layers, and pack a swimsuit if you'd like to take a dip in the Molalla river. The Lodge sees temperatures in the 80s during the day and down to 60s at night. Ceremony and Reception areas are well shaded.

Question

Is Food Provided for the Weekend?

Answer

We'll be providing Dinner/Drinks on Friday Night and Saturday night, light breakfast (muffins, fruits, bagels, etc) on Saturday, and a coffee cart on Sunday morning. The communal lodge is well-appointed to prepare meals big and small, plan accordingly for other meals during the wedding weekend, You are welcome to bring a cooler for food items and drinks you'd like to have throughout the weekend!

Question

How Do I Pay for Lodging?

Answer

If you chose to stay in a Belle tent, we will send more information about how to pay once you RSVP.

Question

Where Will I Park?

Answer

There is limited parking available at TCWL. There are a number of parking areas peppered throughout the grounds. We'll have maps available and someone helping direct guests to parking areas. We encourage you to carpool! When you check-in with us, we'll find you a spot to park. Alternatively, for those who won’t be staying overnight, we've set up a shuttle departing from Mollala's Prairie House Inn, a 12min drive from the venue. There are approx 30 parking spaces here. We will be picking up at 4:00PM & 4:30PM. Shuttles will depart for the Inn at 10:30PM and Midnight.

Question

Is the Event Inside or Outside?

Answer

We'll be outside the majority of the weekend, so plan accordingly. The communal lodge does have a large living area, well-appointed kitchen, and two full bathrooms that are stocked with hair and body care products. Towels are provided.

Question

Are Dogs/Animals Allowed?

Answer

No, unfortunately we cannot allow your pets at Trout Creek Wilderness Lodge.

Question

Anything Else I Should Know?

Answer

- Cell Service is limited, but there is wifi on the property. - There's electricity in the communal lodge, Tiny Cabins, but NOT in the Belle Tents. We recommend bringing a portable charger, and a flashlight/headlamp. -Getting ready: For those staying on the property for the entirety of the weekend, there are two full bathrooms in the main lodge, as well as outlets for blow dryers, etc. We will also be providing additional mirrors for Belle Tents so you can double check your 'fit before you head to the ceremony. We ask that you are mindful of timing and other guests when using the bathroom spaces. -Some belle tents are a bit of a walk from the Main Lodge/reception area. Main pathways are illuminated at night. We recommend bringing a spare pair of walking shoes to leave at the lodge to change into after the reception.
