Honeymoon Fund

The Wedding Website of Esha Hongray Rao and Renan John George
An African Safari: Our Dream Honeymoon! We’re not doing a registry and truly don’t expect gifts—your presence is more than enough (really!). But if you’re feeling generous, a contribution to our honeymoon fund would help us kick off this next chapter—and we’d be so grateful. You can give us your contribution in cash or send it across via UPI.
Sunkissed in Zanzibar

Sunkissed in Zanzibar

Tanzania

We’re starting things off with a much-needed break by the water, after a year of obsessing over menus, moodboards, outfits, and flowers. Renan, as always will be hard to get out of the ocean, while Esha will be lazing with a book, and occasionally (and very dramatically) getting smacked by a rogue wave.

Chasing the Great Migration

Chasing the Great Migration

Tanzania

Early mornings, strong coffee, and front-row seats to the wild—our camp is pitched right along the migration route. Esha has dreamed of the Serengeti for years, while Renan swears anything before 9 a.m. should be illegal—so the 5 a.m. game drives might test more than our binoculars. Our first trip as a couple was glamping in Karjat, and now, camping under Tanzanian skies for our honeymoon feels like a beautiful full circle.

Roaming the Ngorongoro Crater

Roaming the Ngorongoro Crater

Tanzania

Spanning over 100 square miles, the Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest intact volcanic crater—unlike anything else in Tanzania. Even after the Serengeti, this place is a must given the sheer density of lions, rhinos, flamingos etc. that roam across the landscape. From crater-floor safaris to quiet moments above it all we couldn't think of a better way to end our dream trip.
