Is there a shuttle to and from the venue?

Answer

We will have a shuttle at the hotel, Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Livingston Yellowstone. Pickup time is 3:30PM. Return time is 11:00PM.

Where will the ceremony and reception be held?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be at Stoneflower (2043 E River Rd, Livingston, MT). The ceremony will be held outdoors on the lawn and the reception will be held under tent on the property.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Mountain Chic Cocktail Attire. Flowy midi/maxi dresses, sundresses, cocktail dresses, airy fabrics, light suiting, cowboy boots/hats are all welcome! No Jeans. Please wear comfortable shoes (block heel, wedges, or flats) as we'll be outdoors on the lawn. A light layer is suggested for the evening.

What will the weather be like?

Montana weather can be unpredictable. It will likely be a warm sunny day but please be prepared for a mix of sunshine, clouds, and possibly some rain showers that roll through the valley :)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive by 4:00pm. The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm.

What is the parking situation?

There is a designated parking area on the property.

Is there rideshare available?

Answer

Uber and Lyft are limited in the area, so we recommend scheduling pick-ups and drop-offs in advance due to availability and distance.

Should I bring a gift in person?

Answer

We prefer not since everyone will be traveling. Aside from cards, we recommend using the online registry and shipping to us. Thank you for thinking of us!!
