Step #2 Confirm Flight Arrangements

This can be done at any time, you do not need to have your flights confirmed when making your resort room reservation. Book your flights however you choose (use those reward miles, points, etc!) Remember: Book air into Cancun, the airport code is CUN. If you need assistance or guidance Karla is happy to help. Be aware airfare is typically due in full at the time of booking. If you have booked your own air please email Karla your flight itinerary once confirmed so that she can arrange your INCLUDED roundtrip airport/resort transfers

#3 Final Payment

Your remaining balance will automatically be applied to the credit/debit card used for the deposit payment on the final payment due date of NOVEMBER 27TH, 2017. Should you wish to use an alternate form of payment, please notify Karla before the final payment due date.

#4 Receive Travel Packets

Approximately 2-3 weeks prior to departure, you will receive a Travel Packet in the mail. Your Travel Packet will contain confirmation documents, specific details for connecting with your airport transportation and helpful information for your trip
