We understand that with having a destination wedding there will be a lot of questions. We have tried our best at starting a list of some possible questions. Of course you can alway reach out to Eryn (914-260-0931) or Greg (937-974-2843) with any questions. We will continue to edit this page as we get more questions or think of more!
Question

What happens if the wedding is rescheduled?

Answer

Of course in these ever changing times, things are up in the air. Luckily all airlines are offering full travel cancellation and vouchers for change of dates. Your rooms will also be able to be switched to the new date if we have to move in that direction. We hope that we do not but we also want to address this as a possible concern.

Will the drinks be unlimited?

Answer

YES. Everything is included! Once you touch down in Mexico you will have no need for money unless you would like to tip.

What if I can't attend Thursday through Tuesday?

Answer

That is okay! We would love for you to be there but we know it will be difficult for everyone to make it. If you are able to come for even a day or two we still ask that you book through Karen Lally (our travel agent, see travel page) for a blocked rate.

What if I want to book my own flight? (not through our travel agent)

Answer

That is fine! We actually encourage using points or redeemable travel credits from cancelled flights over the last year. We just ask that you email Karen Lally with your flight information so she can help set-up transportation to the hotel.

When should I book my flight?

Answer

We suggest booking your flight ASAP. The fares are also really low currently.

When should I book my room?

Answer

Please contact Karen Lally by January 20, 2022. We want to make sure everyone has a room at the blocked rate but we also have to release any non-reserved rooms for resale prior to the wedding date.

When will we have to pay for our room?

Answer

The deposit for you room (based on the number of nights of your stay) will be due February 1st and the remaining balance will be due on March 7th.

What will the dress code be?

Answer

The dress code will be beach formal. Shoes are optional for the ceremony and cocktail hour and there will be somewhere to store them for before the reception if needed.

What will the weather be like in Mexico on May 1st?

Answer

The average weather for this time of the year is a high of 89 degrees and a low of 72 degrees. Please expect some humidity but also a cooler evening.

Is the resort accommodating to dietary restrictions?

Answer

Yes! When you check into your room they will ask your dietary restrictions and will ensure this is tagged to your room for room service and restaurants around the resort. We will also be taking dietary restriction into account for any food being served at the Wedding.

What if we want to stay at another resort?

Answer

Even though we would love for everyone to stay together we also understand people wanting to stay some where else. If you decide to do this you will need to work with your resort for transportation to the resort and there will be a $100 fee to enter the resort for the day. You will be allowed to access all amenities of the resort for the day if you choose this option.

Yes! We are staying at a family friendly resort.

Will i need to convert money in to pesos?

Answer

They are very accepting of american dollars. There is really no need to do this but you you want to, you can.
