We kindly ask that guests dress in semi-formal attire. Dresses of any length (short, midi, or long) are welcome, and a suit coat is optional. Please, no jeans or overly casual clothing. We’d love for everyone to feel comfortable while still dressed up for the occasion. Don't be afraid to get fancy for us!
The ceremony AND cocktail hour will be held outside in the beautiful garden of our venue. Our reception is held inside the climate-controlled Grande Pavilion at our venue. We please ask that you arrive no earlier than 4pm.
We love your kids! But this party is adults-only aside from very close family.
We have arranged a courtesy bus ride from the Hilton to the Beaumont. The bus will be leaving the Hilton at 3:45pm promptly. If you miss the bus, there is parking available for your vehicle at the venue. This will be the ONLY pre-ceremony bus ride. For the returning service at the end of the night, the bus will be parked and waiting at the Beaumont to return guests immediately following the end of the reception. Bridal party and close family will have further accommodations an hour past the end of reception. Ubers/Lyfts are technically available but may be difficult to get. Please plan accordingly.
If for some reason there are no more rooms available at the Hilton Garden Inn , you can also book at: 1.Courtyard by Marriot Wilkes Barre Arena 2. Hampton Inn & Suites Wilkes Barre 3. Motel 6 Wilkes Barre The Beaumont also has a few boutique rooms, if you are interested at staying at the venue you may call The Beaumont for a reservation. The bridal party will NOT be staying at the Beaumont.
