We will be kicking off the wedding weekend with welcome drinks at the bar at the Hill Country Herb Garden! This is not an officially hosted event but a casual get-together for anyone who is in town early to start the celebration!

Wine Tour

We would love to spend time with you all while also enjoying everything Fredericksburg has to offer! We have reserved space at two local wineries the day before the wedding for those arriving in town early. We will meet on Austin Street outside of Winchester at 1:30. We will start at Texas Wine Collective at 2:00 p.m, then go to Perdanles Winery around 4:00 p.m. Both wineries are family-friendly. Texas Wine Collective will have tastings for purchase, Perdanles is bottles only. Each person is responsible for their own food and beverage purchases. Please indicate below if you plan on joining both wineries.

You must be at Winchester Lodge at 1:30 for the bus. We will meet on Austin Street outside of Winchester at 1:30.

Transportation to Ceremony
3:45 pm - 4:00 pm

Round-trip transportation from The Winchester Lodge is included for all guests if you RSVP. Meet at the buses on the street in front of Winchester Lodge at 3:45; the bus will leave for the venue promptly at 4:00 pm. You may park along the street and in front of the Fredericksburg Visitor Center. There will be two return buses back into town, one at 10:00 pm and one at 12:15 am. Please RSVP by October 31st.
Our Ceremony and Reception

Black-tie optional. Sparkles and shimmer are encouraged.
The ceremony will be on top of the Bluff. Please drive directly there. There are many deer on the property; please be mindful. You will then drive down to the main hall for the reception. We love your kids, but we kindly request adults only at the wedding ceremony and reception. Thank you for understanding! If you would like transportation to and from the ceremony, please RSVP by November 1st. There will be two return buses back into town, one at 10:00 pm and one at 12:15 am. We are so excited to ring in the New Year with you all!
