Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be at Kuiper's Family Farm at 1N318 Watson Rd, Maple Park, IL 60151.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 2pm. Please arrive at the venue by 1:40pm.

Where can I park?

Answer

Kuiper's has free parking available in the main parking lot located on the east side of Watson Road.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors in a grassy area, and the reception following will be indoors.

Are the ceremony and reception location handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes, we have a golf cart limo available to bring any guests from the parking lot to the grassy ceremony area. The indoor reception area is wheelchair accessible.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please reach out to us at sara.and.erwin@gmail.com with any food allergies. We will make sure to have dinner you can enjoy.

Can I check in early at the Comfort Inn Geneva?

If you would like to check in before 4pm, please call the Hotel the morning of the Wedding to check availability.

Can I leave my luggage at the Comfort Inn Geneva prior to check in?

Answer

Yes, they will hold your luggage at the front desk.

What times are the complimentary shuttle to/from the Comfort Inn Geneva?

Answer

You must pre check in with the hotel prior to boarding the shuttle. To the venue: 1:00pm and 1:15pm From the venue: 8:15pm and 9:30pm
