Are kids allowed?

Absolutely! We cannot wait to have little ones join us on this special day :)

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The wedding is set to begin right at 3 pm. In order to make sure everyone is seated and ready to see everything, please arrive 15-30 minutes early

Where is this located?

Answer

The wedding will be at the Lake Stephens Pavilion. The ceremony will be held outside with a tent, and the reception will be inside the pavillion. Dress so that you will feel comfortable in an outside environment. West Virginia weather is unpredictable in March, so for the short outside portion, you may want to dress warm

Parking?

Answer

There is parking available in the whole parking lot in front of the pavilion. If additional parking is needed, there is parking in the field available. We will have ushers outside to direct traffic in parking

Do I need to pick a meal?

Answer

For food, we will be having buffet style, so there is no need to indicate a meal prior. It will consist of finger foods and desserts. If you have any dietary restrictions/allergies, please indicate that in the questions sections on the invitation so that we can ensure there is something to accommodate you!

Should I bring my gift to the wedding or send it to the address on the registry?

Answer

Either way works perfect for us! Should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift/card table for your convenience. If you wish to send a gift prior to the wedding, the address is listed on the registries which are on this website. We are very thankful any gifts given!

Can I take pictures with my phone during the wedding?

Answer

We are choosing to be "unplugged" during the ceremony part of the wedding to allow everyone to enjoy each part, as well as allow the photographer to have access to desired photographs. That being said, there will be plenty of opportunities for pictures with your phones during the reception :)

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to the intimate nature of this event, we are limiting guests to only those listed on the invitation. If a plus one is included, they will be directly listed on your invitation, either by name or as "guest." If you have any specific questions, please contact us.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Though there is no formal dress code, we would love to see you dress up with us for our day of celebration. We want you to dress comfortably for the outdoor portion of the ceremony and wear what makes you feel your best. We also ask that you avoid wearing white :)
