We're getting married!

Briana and EJ’s relationship began when they met on Hinge, and their first date in March 2023 was filled with fun activities, including axe throwing, dinner at a Pho restaurant, and listening to Morgan Wallen. The date was surprisingly long, but they were having so much fun that it felt like it went by in the blink of an eye. This amazing date sparked an instant connection, leading to many more adventures. Over the next few months, they enjoyed attending baseball games, traveling, starting a new fitness journey, visiting wineries, cooking together, and celebrating various holidays. In June 2023, EJ officially asked Briana to be his girlfriend, marking the beginning of their committed relationship. In January 2024, they adopted a German Shorthaired Pointer puppy named Wallen, inspired by their shared love for Morgan Wallen’s music, bringing joy, chaos, and memories into their lives. Later that year, in August, EJ bought the perfect ring and planned a surprise proposal. In October, he arranged a couples photo shoot in a Japanese garden, which, unbeknownst to Briana, was actually a proposal shoot. Afterward, EJ had organized a surprise gathering with Briana’s family and friends to celebrate the moment. Throughout their journey, from EJ transitioning out of the military to Briana starting her Master’s program, their love for each other has been the constant. Their relationship continues to grow stronger every day, leading them to their wedding day—a celebration of their love and shared experiences.
