What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The official ceremony time is 4:00 pm. The doors will open at 3:00 and guests will be greeted with a glass of champagne to enjoy by the fireplace. We recommend that guests arrive 15 minutes or so before the official ceremony start time so they can get settled before the proceedings.

We have chosen Black-Tie for our dress code.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place inside the Glen Island Harbour Club.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media? Can I take pictures during the reception?

Answer

We kindly ask for all of our family and friends to be fully present and withhold from cell phone use or picture taking during the ceremony. Our beautiful and talented photographer will be capturing these special moments. During the reception, we encourage guests to post pictures using our wedding hashtag #happilyeverermini so we can see them, too!

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby. Guests will be escorted to cocktail hour, where they can enjoy drinks, a variety of food stations, and hors d'oeuvres.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

We will have an open bar. Guests will also be served a variety of passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a three-course plated dinner. Wedding cake and a coffee bar with pastries will be provided for dessert.

I have dietary restrictions, what’s the best way to communicate that with you?

Answer

We want to make sure you enjoy your time and meal on our wedding day. Please let us know when you RSVP about your dietary needs.
