We met as little 18 year olds working at AMC theaters. Our first interaction with each other was because skylar is a spaz and pressed the wrong buttons on the vending machine and ended up with Skittles when she wanted sun chips, luckily enough Andy was there to save the day. Since then we have been friends, always staying in each other lives through college in different states, Skylar in Las Vegas and Andy in Chico. We have been around for most mile stones in each others lives for a very long time but FINALLY decided to date in August of 2020, and that's when the story really beings! We have been on so many adventures to lots of Wineries and breweries, Disney trips, San Francisco, Orlando, Arizona, Nevada, Snow trips, Lake trips, mini golfing, go carting, lots and lots of road trips, hikes and so much more. Where ever we go we are sure to have a great time and mostly we enjoy doing all those things together and couldn't imagine life any other way!

1 year into dating, but 10 years of friendship Andy worked hard to keep it a secret and got everyone involved. But of course Skylar couldn't get it together, with just having surgery a few days prior. Andy had made plans to propose where it all began at the movie theatre. He worked with Hector, Monica, Jessica and Carolina to get the a slide show play on the big screen and then at the very end asked Skylar to marry him. Duhh of course she said yes and was in complete shock. Andy had managed to keep it a secret and gather a bunch of friends and family there to witness this amazing moment in time. They then went to Ortega 120 for dinner to celebrate!
