When should we get there?

We suggest coming Thursday for the Welcome Party and are hoping that you can make a fun, long weekend out of it!

What should I wear?

Answer

Welcome Party: The suggested dress code for Thursday is Smart Casual. Wedding: The suggested dress code for Friday is Cocktail Attire-- cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. No tuxes necessary! For the ladies, the Ceremony will be on grass if you want to opt for a wedge or chunky heel.

What will the weather be like?

During the day, the temperature will be around 75 degrees (just perfect!), but could get as low as 59 degrees at night. Please bring a light jacket or pashmina if needed for the evening.

Where should we stay?

Answer

As all of the events will be held in downtown Annapolis, we recommend staying downtown so that you can walk to everything. If you have a large group, we recommend booking an Airbnb!

Are there shuttles?

Answer

Because many of you booked Airbnbs or hotels close by and all of the events will take place downtown, we decided to forgo shuttles.

Where should we park for the Wedding?

Answer

Street parking in Annapolis is restricted by the city for residential use and regulations posted curbside should be observed closely as enforcement is rigorous (two hours only). We recommend walking if you are staying downtown or taking an Uber! If you choose to drive, garage parking is available at Bladen Street, Gotts Court Garage located next to Annapolis' Main Visitor Center; or at Hillman Garage located off Main Street or Duke of Gloucester. Also, the State parking garage (free on weekends) is located at St. John's Street and Calvert Street.

Is this a public venue?

Answer

The Welcome Party and the Wedding will be held at public venues. The Wedding will take place on Erin's parents' street, Prince George Street. As a reminder, the Ceremony & Reception will be held at the same location-- the William Paca House & Garden.

Will there be COVID-19 precautions?

Answer

We will take all necessary precautions and abide by any changes in state mandates. As of now, there should be no issues and hope that everyone will feel more comfortable being outside the entire time. Please do not plan on attending if you are not feeling well-- we will celebrate with you at a later date!

Will everyone in attendance be vaccinated?

Answer

All of the weekend’s events will take place outdoors. To protect all of our attendees, but especially those attending who are at greater risk, please ensure you are fully vaccinated.
