Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
The deadline to RSVP is August 25, if we do not receive your RSVP by the end of the day, we will mark you down as “not coming”.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Yes! Children are welcome to come. During cocktail and reception hours lawn games and other entertainment will be provided to make the night special for them as well!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, there is parking on site for the venue. A short walk is required to reach the ceremony space, however a drop off area will be available for those who want to take a shorter journey.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Yes, only if your invitation is addressed for you "and guest". When you submit your RSVP, your name will be listed with "and guest". If you do not have any additional guests listed, we kindly ask that you please do not invite anyone else, as we are limited on spacing and seating.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that you arrive roughly 10 minutes before the ceremony is to begin (or exactly at 4:15). This will give you plenty of time to mingle, grab a drink and grab a seat.

What is the weather going to be like?
Answer
The weather in Tehachapi can be a little unpredictable, the temperature can range between 50-70 in early October. If the weather does change for the worse, a tent will be provided, but plan to bring a light jacket as there’s always a breeze in Tehachapi.

What is the attire?
Answer
Semi-Casual/ Cocktail. Think cowboy meets classy dinning, jeans with a nice dress shirt and shoes (or boots) are perfect. Ladies feel free to to dress up and wear a nice cocktail dress, or dress down with nice dress pants and shirts.

If you are coming from the 14 Fwy Continue on CA-14 North, Turn left onto CA-58 Towards Bakersfield Take exit 148 onto Tucker Rd. Turn Right onto Red Apple Ave Turn Right onto Westwood Blvd. Turn right onto Woodford-Tehachapi Rd Turn left onto Pine Ridge Dr. Take a slight left onto Willow Cny. Rd. Venue is on the right. If you are coming from Tehachapi Blvd. (most hotels are located on the blvd.) Continue West onto Tehachapi Blvd. Continue straight onto Red Apple Ave. Turn right onto Westwood Blvd. Turn right onto Woodford-Tehachapi Rd. Turn left onto Pine Ridge Dr. Take a slight left turn onto Willow Cny. Rd. The venue is on the right. Please note that cell service in Tehachapi is not strong, while most navigation systems will work, we advise that the directions are printed as a precaution.
