Our wedding will take place on Saturday, May 30, 2026 in beautiful Newport, Rhode Island. Ceremony and reception details are listed on the Schedule page. We’re so excited to celebrate with you in one of our favorite places!
Please arrive by 3:45 PM. Doors will close at 3:50 PM so we can begin promptly.
Yes! We’ve arranged a trolley to take guests from The Newport Harbor Hotel and Marina to Our Lady of Mercy Chapel for the ceremony beginning at 2:45 PM. After the reception at Ochre Court, the trolley will return guests to Fastnet and the hotel with departures starting around 8:30 PM and running until 10:30 PM.
Aside from the children in the wedding party, this will be an adults only celebration. We appreciate your understanding and hope you can enjoy a night off!
We'd love to celebrate with everyone, however, due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on your invitation. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out!
We’re so looking forward to an elegant evening together in classic black-tie style. Think timeless and sophisticated — floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses, and tuxedos with a black tie or bow tie. Color and florals are absolutely welcome, so feel free to make it your own while keeping the look elevated for a beautiful night of celebration.
The average weather in Newport during May is mild and pleasant, with daytime highs around 63–69°F (17–21°C) and nighttime lows near 50–54°F (10–12°C). Expect a mix of sunshine and clouds, with a moderate chance of light rain and coastal breezes. We recommend checking the forecast closer to the date and packing a light jacket or wrap for the evening—just in case!

Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport is about a 30–45 minute drive from Newport. In addition, Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) is about an 1.5 hour drive.
Parking is available both at the ceremony and reception. In addition to the trolley, rideshare apps such as Uber and Lyft are commonly available in Newport.
The ceremony will be indoors Our Lady of Mercy Chapel.
