This is the closest airport, most cities have several direct flights daily. The airport is 15 mi from the resort. After customs you will pass through a hallway with people trying to sell time shares. They may approach you and try to get your attention. Walk directly past and go to the passenger pickup area (there’s a tiki bar outside!). Here you will find your shuttle to take you to the hotel.
Travel Note
OTIUM is the company the resort uses for shuttle service. CLICK "VIEW" BELOW TO BOOK YOUR SHUTTLE Round Trip from CUN: PRIVATE SHUTTLE: $70 USD (total for 1-8 people) *Recommended if you want to have control of timing, with no other stops or passengers besides your booked group. REGULAR SHUTTLE: $12 USD (per person) *This is a shared vehicle; you may have to wait for others and/or have multiple drop offs. Print and bring your booking confirmation voucher with you. You will need to present it to your driver both at the airport and when you depart the hotel. Within 24 hours of checking into the hotel, you will need to visit the OTIUM desk (located in the hotel lobby) to book and confirm your return shuttle. *I've used this company before and was very pleased with the service.

Travel Note
Everyone traveling to Mexico must fill out an Official Entry Immigration Form prior to arrival. Most airlines no longer hand out immigration forms on the plane. They are now passed out when departing the airplane and must be filled out before going to customs. To speed things up at the airport (and get to the beach sooner!), you can now FILL OUT AND PRINT YOUR IMMIGRATION FORM ONLINE within 30 days of your trip. EXPEDITE YOUR ENTRY – When you arrive in Mexico show your printed Tourist Card and Passport to the Immigration Officer who will stamp it and send you on your way. You can now enter Mexico! *Be sure to keep your Tourist Card in a safe place, as you will need to hand it in when you depart the country.
