The Element is a mid-tier hotel and walkable to downtown. If you are looking for something more upscale, we recommend The Restoration, The Foundry, or The Omni (not downtown, but close by and a staple of Asheville!) There are also a ton of Airbnb's around Asheville with some great views worth checking out! The sooner you book the better, September is PRIME TIME in Asheville and things will be booking up soon.
Flight
Asheville Regional Airport
Is approximately 25 minutes from downtown Asheville. Very easy, small airport to fly into. Bag check and security is quick and painless. Sometimes the TSA staff is even nice to you!
Travel Note
Travel around Asheville
Uber and Lyft wait times can be notoriously long in Asheville. There is also a lot to do and see outside of Asheville proper. If you are able, we would recommend renting a car to maximize your trip and see all you can!
