We've known each other for well over a decade. Our paths have crossed many times from high school to college, and later when we both settled in Nashville, TN. When we matched on a dating site as each other's 'most compatible', we began seeing one another more seriously. We realized we have a lot of family friend history in common. We even learned our grandfathers were big buddies back in the day, and our fathers grew up together! Darin's great aunt and my grandmother have been friends for 40+ years and remain best friends, too. In April 2021, we welcomed our son, Stiles. He is so full of light and life and has changed our lives forever in the best way possible. Our wedding day is even more special and incredible having Stiles with us.

We took our first beach vacation as a family of three in September 2021 to Santa Rosa Beach, FL. When Darin told me he booked a family photo session on the beach with a local photographer, I was pleasantly surprised knowing that was a little out of his character.
