Shuttle Bus Service
3:15 pm - 4:00 pm
If participating in the shuttle service, please promptly be outside of the selected hotels, at 3:15pm. The shuttle service will transport you on time to the wedding. Head over to the travel tab for hotel information.
Guest Arrival
3:30 pm - 4:00 pm
Please arrive to the venue by 4pm. If driving please be aware that access to the venue is only available by taking Campbell Mill Road, Briggs Road and Barker Hill Road. Signage will be available along the roads indicating the direction to the venue. Please reach out in advance if there are questions or concerns.
Wedding Ceremony
4:15 pm - 5:00 pm
Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
Cocktail Hour
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
A variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available, free of charge to our guests.
Wedding Reception
6:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Please be prepared for drinks, dinner, and dancing!
Shuttle Bus Service - Early Departure
9:00 pm - 9:30 pm
If you took the shuttle bus to the venue, please feel obliged to shuttle back to the selected hotels.

11:00 pm - 11:30 pm
