It almost didn't happen, but thanks to a good friend's encouragement, a rescheduled flight from DC, and a bit of luck Erin and Bill met for their first date at Dee Felice in Covington in November 2018. They've been inseparable ever since.

Bill proposed at the stroke of midnight on New Years Eve, sending 2020 back to the depths of hell from whence it came and welcoming 2021 with a bang. They popped many bottles of champagne (the Danish way) and set off fireworks in the snow.
