How He Proposed

If only he had gotten the Shrimp...

Erin and Vito had an amazing date downtown: A super fancy steak dinner and seeing the Blue Man group. A perfect night for a Vito to propose. Yet...Vito didn't Erin was crushed and thought that she would have to wait even longer for another perfect date night for him to propose. The next day, Vito and Erin were heading to a BBQ. Vito kept repeating how the day had to go. Erin didn't think it was a big deal and agreed. When it came to making the shrimp dip, Erin realized that all she needed was shrimp and an onion! How wonderful! She thought "Vito could just grab this on his way and I could start getting ready. How efficient of us" When she texted Vito to grab the stuff on his way over, he said "We had a plan-you need to grab that stuff. Stick to the plan." Erin....Was....Livid Stewing in anger, Erin got the shrimp, made the dip, and got ready. All according to Vito's plan. When he got to her place, he apologized and knew how to make it up to her. He put music on and pulled Erin to dance in the living room. He began to put songs on that meant stuff to their relationship. 1. I See Fire by Ed Sheeran: From a date they went on to go see LOTR. They were the only ones in the theater and danced to this song during the credits 2. The Other Side by Jason Derulo: A song from when they first started dated. Whenever this song played in the car-Erin would say how much she liked the song. Vito started putting this on specifically for her anytime he came and picked her up 3. Thinking Out Loud by Ed Sheeran: Vito and Erin's Song During their song, Vito kept telling Erin what a special date last night was. Finally, Erin asked Vito why he kept saying that. He said because it was our last date as boyfriend and girlfriend. Erin questioned "WHAT?!" and Vito got down on his knee and asked "Erin Frances.. Will you marry me?" and of course thru her tears she said "yes!" DISCLAIMER: Vito said on any other day, he would have happily picked up the shrimp. He just had better plans that day.
