What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please do not arrive any earlier than 2:00pm.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! The clubhouse has parking on location and a security guard will be there to assist you should you have any questions.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Absolutely! We love kids and would be happy to have them at our wedding to help us celebrate.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes you can bring one date. If they are not already listed on your invitation, we just ask that you RSVP them as well. We are trying to keep our wedding small so we can enjoy the time with all of you so if you have any questions regarding this please contact us.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Absolutely not! This is a party and the day before Halloween. Costumes and comfortable clothes are encouraged!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We are asking that everyone RSVP by August 30th so that we can make sure we have enough food and drink for everyone.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will be having a buffet style dinner. We will have dairy-free options as well as vegetarian options. If there is a special accommodation beyond that please let us know in advance so we can add it to the menu.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is not. There is parking on site and it is a short drive from any of the hotels in Pine Grove to the venue. If you have any concerns about this please feel free to reach out.
