Zion National Park, UT
Please plan to access the park via the park shuttle. For guests staying at our hotel block, Springdale line stop #6 is directly outside of the hotel. Ride the line to stop #1 at the visitor center to pick up a park shuttle. For guests who wish to drive to the park, plan to find a spot near the visitor center or park along the Springdale line and access the shuttle bus. Parking can be a challenge, but we promise it is worth it!
St. George, UT
Visit one of Utah's fastest growing cities 50 minutes outside of Springdale! Pioneer Park highlights include a rocky 52-acre park featuring Dixie Rock, views of the city, hiking, BBQs & a covered pavilion. For plant lovers, Red Hills Desert Garden is accessible from the park's parking lot. For a complete Mormon experience, tour the St. George Temple or the Brigham Young Historic Winter Home. Kids will enjoy the St. George Children's Museum, Thunder Junction All Abilities Park, and the St. George Dinosaur Discovery Site. For lodging, we recommend the Hilton Garden Inn.
Kanab, UT
Just over an hour from Springdale, Kanab, Utah is classic American West, surrounded by towering Navajo sandstone cliffs and vistas of sagebrush. This scenery has lured filmmakers to Kanab for nearly 80 years. Abandoned film sets near town have become tourist attractions. Tour Best Friends Animal Society, boasting the largest animal sanctuary in the United States or use the town as a basecamp for road cycling adventures. Get your toes in the sand at Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park!
Bryce Canyon National Park, UT
Hoodoos (irregular columns of rock) exist on every continent, but Bryce Canyon NP, 2 hours from Springdale, is home to the largest concentration found anywhere on Earth. Situated along a high plateau at the top of the Grand Staircase, the park's high elevations include numerous life communities, fantastic dark skies, and geological wonders that defy description.
Las Vegas, NV
Guests flying in and out of Las Vegas might want to enjoy some of the nightlife, cuisine, and fun of Las Vegas. We stayed at Delano Las Vegas and ate at their restaurant, STRIPSTEAK, during the wedding scouting trip. We would highly recommend the experience and the hotel!
