It all began on a crisp September evening in 2020 at Heights Bier Garten. Erin happened to spot a few familiar faces from the University of Oklahoma across the patio and wandered over to say hello. Little did she know, Tobi was waiting in that circle of friends, and a simple introduction changed everything. The spark was instant. That night, Erin went home and gushed to a friend that she’d finally met the "cute guy" she had seen in passing back on the OU campus. A social media follow turned into endless conversation, leading Tobi to ask Erin on their very first date to Azuma Sushi.
