When should I RSVP by?

What is the address of the ceremony/reception?

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

There is parking available, but it is limited. We are encouraging people to use the transportation provided from the hotel if you plan on staying the night

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding will be both indoor and outdoor, weather permitting. The ceremony is planned to be held outside while the reception will be indoors with the availability for guests to wander around the property if they wish.

Are wedding blocks available at a nearby hotel?

Answer

Yes. We have reserved a wedding block at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Dover, NH. Book online can be done through the following link. Please book by September 18th to be sure you get a room in the block! https://www.choicehotels.com/reservations/groups/SH81Y2, or by phone at (603) 750-7507 and use the group code 4713104 to book.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We ask that people dress "dressy casual" or "festive". Please note that part of the festivities will be outside and guests should please come prepared to stay warm and also to dance the night away!

What is the weather like in this area?

Answer

The weather in New England can always be a bit unpredictable. Usually, the weather in October is cool with cold evenings and nights.

Sunday Brunch and Send Off

Answer

This will be another chance to say goodbyes and congratulations to the couple. This will also include a brunch. Please RSVP if you will definitely come as we will need to get these numbers over to the venue!

Can I bring my child?

Answer

Whilst we love little ones, we kindly request a child-free ceremony and reception.

What is the after party?

Answer

This will just be a fun way to keep the party going at the Inn (right across from the reception location). You can BOYB and celebrate with us into the night!

Question

Will you have transportation from the hotel?

Answer

Yes! We will have a bus that will leave the Comfort Inn and Suites in Dover at 1:00pm. There will also be a shuttle that leaves the venue to go back to the hotel at 8:00pm, 10:00pm and 12:00 midnight.
