Our story began during our freshman year at Arizona State, where we met playing sand volleyball. We quickly became friends and started spending time together, going on $5 frozen yogurt dates and swimming in the campus fountains. As with any good love story, there was some drama: later that year we had a falling out, and stopped talking for a while. But by junior year, we found ourselves living in the same apartment complex and started seeing each other around again. With a little help from mutual friends, we reconnected and slowly rebuilt our friendship. We didn’t jump into dating right away. We took our time, got to know each other again, and let our friendship grow naturally into something more. Since then, we’ve built a life together in Seattle and are so excited to be getting married and celebrating with all of you.
