Growing up, Erin's parents always emphasized how lucky Maddie and Erin were to have each other in their lives. It wasn't until they got older that they really realized how lucky they were. When making the choice on who her Maid of Honor would be, Erin knew right away that it had to be Maddie. Maddie just had too much childhood blackmail for it to go any other way! All kidding aside, Erin is extremely thrilled to have Maddie by her side on her big day.
Michael Lydon-Lorson
Best Man
Theresa has known Michael since 1995 and the two became friends in 2009. Yes, you read that correctly. It wasn't until Theresa was a senior in high school and Michael was a freshman that the two started to get along. Being in marching band, together, helped their relationship grow and gave them a common bond. Now, Theresa could think of no one she would rather have stand by her side as her best man.
Greta Smith

When Erin was 8, her older sister Greta made her flip-flops out of newspaper. It was the single greatest thing that had happened to Erin in her 8 years of life (aside from getting a dog, playing in the snow, going on vacation, etc.). When it came to finding someone to officiate the wedding, Greta was the ideal choice for both Theresa and Erin.
Apollo
Dog of Honor
Theresa met (rescued) Apollo, in 2012, when he was only three months old. When Erin and Theresa met, they became the perfect family of three and have been inseparable ever since. They love their boy and are beyond excited to have him as the dog of honor on their special day!
Abbey Meyer
Bridesmaid
In August of 2010, Abbey met Erin at Truman State University because their dorm rooms were three doors away from each other. Shortly thereafter, their bond grew stronger as they binge-watched family fun shows, such as Dexter, together. For the next three years, Abbey and Erin lived together. Three years of living in the same dorm/apartment/house deserves bridesmaid status, don't you think?
Amy Bauman

Affectionately known as "the girl who lived in the basement," Amy has been a part of Theresa's family for more than half of the last decade. Amy and Theresa met in high school and became great friends while in college. Having shared the ups and downs of their late teens and early twenties, Amy has too much dirt on Theresa not to be a bridesmaid!
Sage Schneider

Sage is Erin's longest running friend. They met when Erin was six and Sage had just turned three. Most neighborhood friends turn out to be friends of convenience, but for Sage, Maddie, and Erin, the friendship bond has lasted for 19 years and counting. Truly a friendship we are extremely grateful for.
Kristin Mallett
Bridesmaid
Theresa met Kristin during her senior year of undergrad at Missouri State. From working on group projects for communication studies class to avoiding schoolwork by going to karaoke night at Bair's, they became fast friends. In the early days of Theresa and Erin's relationship, Theresa told Kristin that she would be a bridesmaid when she married Erin: and now the time has come!
Claire Fox

Claire and Erin met through both their mutual friends as well as their mutual hatred of Experimental Psychology in 2010. Throughout the years, Claire has been a constant source of laughter, love and kindness in Erin's life. This past year, Erin and Claire have gotten to share the ups and downs of engagement together as their respective fiancees talked musicals over Colorado beer. I couldn't have asked for a better engagement buddy....well maybe Theresa?
Meghan Perkins

Growing up, Meghan and Theresa loved playing together, even though Theresa was known to steal Meghan's things (the infamous pacifier picture is proof of this). The two have reconnected in recent years and enjoy spending time together. Meghan is not only Theresa's cousin, but also her friend and bridesmaid!
Reese Hejlek
Junior Bridesmaid
When Erin met Reese and her brother Colin, she was only 16 and new to the babysitting scene. Reese has grown from a Taylor Swift loving 2 year old to a Taylor Swift loving 12 year old, which has been fun to watch. Nowadays, you can find Reese thriving in 6th grade, snapping it up on SnapChat, and spending her summers on the lake! Erin can't wait for Reese to stand by her side in less than a year.
Colin Hejlek

Colin Hejlek is the younger brother of Reese Hejlek and the first children Erin and Maddie ever babysat. Colin was only 9 months old when 16 year old Erin started babysitting. Throughout the years, Colin has gone from being a bubbly baby, to a hilarious toddler, to a high-energy elementary school student. Colin is excited to stand with Erin and Theresa as their junior bridesman and has agreed to a suit even though he would rather be wearing a cowboy hat and boots!
Nora Kane
Flower Girl
Nora is the daughter of Lili Kane, who is Theresa's first-cousin. Erin and Theresa have loved watching Nora grow up and cannot wait to have her as their flower girl!
Elijah Lydon-Lam
Ring Bearer
Elijah is the son of Jennifer Lydon-Lam, who is Theresa's first-cousin. For the genealogists, that makes Elijah the first-cousin once-removed of Theresa. Erin and Theresa are thrilled that Elijah will be serving as their ring bearer!
