Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Hotels/Airbnb’s will fill up quickly! We encourage our out of town friends and family to make their RSVP and Reservations as soon as possible!
Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Our ceremony will begin at 4pm. Our property gate will open at 3pm for our guests to start parking and mingling and enjoying the early entertainment.

Is there a dress code?
Answer

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Yes! We will even have a fun kids table available for them during the ceremony and at dinner so they can enjoy themselves. Please list them on your RSVP. There will NOT be any childcare provided for children throughout the night.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We suggest you look at the many AirBnbs that are available in the Melrose and Keystone Heights area. There are also hotels in Palatka, Middleburg and Gainesville.
Question
Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
*** There is no extra room at the Vilhauer home. So do not plan on crashing out here!*** There are no taxis or Ubers available in our area. Please plan your evening accordingly.

No gifts please. Your presence on this special day is all we ask for.
