Where can we park for Welcome Drinks?

Answer

Welcome drinks will be held on the roof deck of the Inn on Boltwood (if it rains we'll move to an inside location). You may park in the Amherst College Alumni Parking Lot, located behind the Inn. You can also park in a meter spot in the Spring Street Lot across from the Inn or in a meter spot along Boltwood Ave (meters end at 8pm). Our ceremony will be indoors at Saint Brigid's Catholic Church in Amherst Our cocktail hour will be outside at the Inn on Boltwood (weather permitting) Our reception will be outdoors at the Inn on Boltwood under their outdoor tent on their patio

Where can we park for the ceremony at St. Brigid's?

Answer

You can park in St. Brigid's Pastoral Center parking lot free of charge. The Pastoral Center is located directed behind St. Brigid's, at 43 North Prospect St, Amherst, MA 01002. Walk down Cowles Lane to get to the front door of the church! Once the lot is full, guests can park in a street spot (along North Pleasant Street, Cowles Lane, or North Prospect Street) or at the CVS parking lot, next to the Pastoral Center off of North Prospect Street. Most of these are meter spots you can pay for with ParkMobile.

Is there transportation for the Reception?

Answer

Yes! After the ceremony, there will be transportation provided from Hotel UMass and TownePlace Suites Hadley-Amherst to the reception. The shuttle schedule going to the Inn is as follows: 4:30pm - Hotel UMass 4:40pm - Towneplace Suites 4:45pm - Hotel UMass There will also be multiple return shuttles later in the evening to both hotels at 10:45pm, 12:00am, and 1:00am.

We’ve decided to keep the event an adult celebration, with the exception of our little ones in the wedding party. We hope you understand and we look forward to celebrating together!
